4th of July in Seneca Falls, NY

What a great 4th of July we had here in Seneca Falls, NY.  We spent the day with some new friends, Jeff and Sandy Bacon.  We talked, ate, walked, ate, shopped, ate, watched fire works, ate, laughed, ate and had a wonderful day.  We were also able to skype with the Ramin/Bailey/Nardin family and share in nephew Zach's birthday celebration.  We had a wonderful location when we first docked our boat (notice I said first).  Well late yesterday afternoon there was a knock on our cabin door and there were two policemen standing outside.  (seriously all I could think of was "really?")  Well we came to find out that were we had docked our boat was supposedly in a reserved space for tour boats.  So we were asked to move our boat.  Ugh!!!! thank God there was another space available on the other side of the canal.  On this side of the canal there was only electric hook up, which at the time we thought was fine since we have a huge water tank and would be okay.  Well came to find out last night that the water tank was EMPTY.  Ugh again!!!  So we quickly scavenged around for what little bottled water we had.  So far so good.  All in all we have loved our time here in Seneca Falls.  See pictures below for more.

The Lady J docked next to the bridge from the
movie "It's a Wonderful Life" pretty fitting huh?
