We have spent the last 5 days here at the dock in Sandusky. Waiting, waiting, waiting... Finally yesterday a gentleman from a diesel shop stopped by to look over the engine and see what the issue was. Well it has turned out to be exactly what Mike thought it was. We will need to replace the fuel injection pump. We are waiting again to hear back from the company on a quote and to let us know when they can do the work. While we wait the temperature has gone up to the low 90's and humid and windy. I guess in a way that is okay since we couldn't cruise in this kind of weather. Well here's hoping we are able to cast off later this week. Until then we will enjoy the sunsets and each other.
